    • The exteriors feature a sprawling lawn of over 10,000 sq. ft. around the villa.

    • The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, utensils, and gas cooking facilities.

    • A caretaker outhouse is located at the rear side of the property, within the premises.

 

🍽️ Meals

  • Crockery and cutlery are available at no additional cost.

  • We do not have a microwave, oven, toaster, water purifier, mixer, or grinder.

  • The caretaker family prepares home-cooked meals. Please inform in advance about meal preferences and settle payment directly with the caretaker.

  • Outside food is allowed, and the caretaker can assist with nearby restaurant menus.

  • Barbeque arrangements can be made at an additional cost with prior notice.

  • Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food are allowed.

  • We will endeavour to provide all listed amenities for a better guest experience.

  • However, we cannot guarantee availability due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

📜 House Rules

  • Tea/Coffee is served during breakfast and evening tea time; for other times, please inform the caretaker in advance (additional charges apply).

  • No crackers or colours are permitted in this home.

  • Parking is available for 2 cars inside the property.

  • Keep the main gate closed to prevent stray animals from entering.

  • Remove footwear before entering the house; house slippers are provided for indoor use.

  • No loud music after 10 pm

 

ℹ️ Things You Should Know

  • Alibaug experiences load shedding every Tuesday (9 am – 6 pm).

  • During monsoon, power cuts may occur throughout the day.

  • An inverter runs basic lights and fans for 4–5 hours.

  • A professional music system is available—inform the caretaker before use.

  • The caretaker prepares good vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals (contact directly for orders).

  • The caretaker stays nearby and is available within minutes on call.

  • You may see harmless insects—inform the caretaker if needed.

  • Internet connectivity may be affected by weather conditions.

  • One driver or male domestic helper can stay in the outhouse with toilet access.

  • Pets are allowed.

  • Trained caretaker available for assistance.

  • Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability).

  • Board and outdoor games are available at no extra charge.

  • The whole idea of second home should be that it should have large space than primary residence A typical apartment will have living space of more than 1000 sq ft including terrace/balcony. It will be minimum of 2BHK A villa or independent property will have living space of atleast 1000 sq ft on an open plot size of atleast 5,000 sq feet.

  • There are 3-three holiday homes which are currently operational. Every year there will be one or two more holiday homes which will become operational depending upon the increase in the number of Members under the Membership program.
